If your package is confirmed delivered by the carrier but not received, you must notify Your Era Management within 24 hours and provide supporting documentation, including a missing package claim with the carrier. If theft is suspected, a police report may be required for consideration of a replacement.



Your Era Management is not responsible for packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.



Medications are compounded and packaged to maintain stability during transit. Variations in packaging or temperature exposure during shipping do not qualify for a refund unless medication integrity is compromised, as confirmed by the dispensing pharmacy.
