Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or where required by applicable law.

If a pricing error occurs, Your Era Management reserves the right to correct the error and will issue a refund if necessary.

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with compounded medications, as they are prepared uniquely for each patient based on the provider's prescription.
